Manual Welding
We carry out manual welding of virtually all materials using all common welding methods in full accordance with the ISO 3834-2 quality standard for reliable results.
Robotic Welding
The robotic welding cell is composed of the Motoman EA1900N industrial robot and the NX100 controller. The welding robot provides speed and precision.
Laser Tube Cutting
We provide fast and precise tube cutting with the modern Lasertube LT8.20 & Lasertube LT5 tube laser cutting machines. We can cut tubes and profiles up to 220 mm in thickness.
Laser Sheet Cutting
The Prima Power Platino laser cutting machine makes it possible to cut sheet metal of varying thickness to precision of 0.1 mm – format 3000 x 1500 mm.
CNC Tube Bending
For tube bending, we use a machine of the top Italian manufacturer Crippa. We bend round, square, rectangular and ellipsoid tubes.
Bending of Tubes and Profiles
We provide bending of tubes and profiles up to 60 mm in diameter. We bend flat, square and rectangular tubes, as well as steel angles.
Cutting and Bending of Sheet Metal
The cutting and bending service of the sheet metal is carried out with the machine of a recognized Italian company. We can also create elements of more demanding shapes.
Surface Treatment
We offer all types of surface treatment of metal – from powder coating, zincing, hot and galvanic zincing, to cataphoresis and sandblasting.
Constructing
In addition to metal treatment, we also offer construction services. Our programmers and technologists will develop a 3D blueprint in accordance with your demands.
Installation
We execute a project from beginning to end. In addition to planning and execution, we also offer transport and fast and reliable assembly of constructions in the field.
