Kristian Šnobel
Head of Laser Cutting and Project Manager
My name is Kristian Šnobel and I have 10 years of experience in mechanical engineering.
I have been employed at Kovinc since 2015. I began as a laser machine operator. Since 2019, I have been in charge of laser cutting and I work as a project manager for the automotive industry.
My morning routine involves talking to laser operators to learn about the work they carried out in previous shifts and discussing what needs to be done in the next shift. I then prepare the work plan.
My work requires responsiveness, efficiency and quality, as well as ensuring that the products are shipped within the agreed time. My biggest challenge is making sure the work is done in a quality manner and within good time.
