My name is Žan Žvelc, and I have been connected with the company Kovinc since my early years, which means I have a thorough understanding of the company, its processes and its way of working. I believe in quality, reliability and long-term partnerships, which is also reflected in the company’s continuous investment in modern machinery and advanced metal forming technologies.

Over the years, I have gained in-depth knowledge of all key production operations and have been professionally trained in CNC programming and operating the LT8 tube laser, Prima Power sheet metal laser, and Gasparini bending machine. This enables me to handle orders holistically – from understanding the customer’s technical requirements to ensuring optimal execution in production.

Today, I work as a Project Manager and Sales Engineer, serving as the main link between customers and production. I advise clients on technical solutions, ensure clear communication and coordination, and make sure that projects are delivered with high quality, efficiency and within agreed deadlines.

I start each working day by reviewing the progress of the previous day, after which the team and I plan the next steps and optimize the production workflow. My goal is to ensure a smooth work process, reliable order execution and long-term satisfaction of our customers.
