New Laser Cutting Machine LT5 and Marking System
We are pleased to share that Kovinc has integrated a new Lasertube LT5 tube laser cutting machine featuring advanced fibre laser technology, significantly expanding our capabilities in the processing of metal tubes and profiles.
The LT5 system enables precise and efficient cutting of a wide variety of materials, handling tubes and profiles up to 120 mm in diameter, weighing up to 13.5 kg per meter, and with lengths up to 6.5 m. These expanded capacity parameters allow us to take on more complex and demanding projects for a broad range of industries.
In addition to laser tube cutting, we have also introduced automatic laser marking capabilities, enabling permanent and custom product identification according to customer requirements. Laser marking is a clean, efficient technology that delivers consistent results without inks or chemicals, improves traceability and supports quality control throughout production.
The combination of high-precision laser cutting and integrated marking enhances both the efficiency and traceability of our manufacturing process, while reducing waste and preparation time compared with traditional methods.
