Start-Up of the Prima Power 1530 Sheet Metal Laser
We are pleased to announce the installation of a new Prima Power 1530 sheet metal laser cutting machine with 4,000 W power, capable of cutting sheet metal up to 25 mm thickness.
The system delivers exceptional cutting speed and high precision, ensuring consistently high-quality results even for demanding applications.
The laser cutting machine is equipped with an integrated automatic rack storage system featuring ten loading and unloading positions. This setup enables fully automated operation without the need for constant operator presence, significantly increasing productivity and allowing us to meet very short delivery times for our cutting services.
In addition, we offer oxide removal and deburring using the innovative Lissmac system designed specifically for laser-cut parts. This process improves surface quality, enhances coating adhesion and contributes to a higher overall quality of the finished products.
