At Kovinc, we are aware that, in addition to providing quality products and services, it is also important to take care of the environment and nature.
Caring for the environment starts with small steps and every contribution is important, which is why we started separate waste collection some time ago. It’s a process that doesn’t require much – just some attention and organization is required.
We introduced e-business not long ago, as we want to reduce the use of paper. In doing so, we also touched our customers and suppliers, as we only send and receive invoices in electronic form.
This year, we also decided to invest in green energy and installed a 169 kWp solar power plant at the production facilities. With this investment, we want to reduce the company’s carbon footprint, increase the stability of the electricity supply, save on energy costs and thus remain competitive on the market.
The operation »Purchase and installation of a solar power plant« is co-financed by the Republic of Slovenia and the European Union from the Cohesion Fund.
We also installed an e-charger in the yard and bought an electric car.
