Head of Control and Quality
I am Roman Zaplotnik, I started working in Kovinc d.o.o. in 2017 as a manager of control and quality. Previous experience in the design of metals and the manufacture of metal products has brought me to this position.
My day begins with a tour of the production process. Then I have a meeting with the company’s operative where we discuss on the course of production and adapt to changes in the work plan.
The biggest challenge for me is bringing the team of employees to the level of quality that meets the needs of our customers.
