Robotic welding
Robotic welding cell is equipped with a welding industrial robot Motoman EA1900N and robot controller Motoman NX 100. The robot is equipped with a water-cooled pulse welding source Fronius TPS4000, an appropriate water-cooled burner Binzel WH and a mechanical burner cleaner Thielmann.
The robot is placed on the middle of turning positioner type RWV (H-table) with three external robotic axes. The load-bearing capacity of the positioner is 500 kg for each station at symmetrical burdening. Each station can be equipped with a welding template with the length up to 2800 mm (SPW),its working cylinder’s diameter equalling up to 1200 mm. (SWING)
Robotic controller for welding NX100
The robotic controller NX100 is equipped with the programmable device, based on Windows® CE, and with a touch screen in colour. The controller can simultaneously control up to four robots, or as much as 36 external axes. Highly efficient and robust PC architecture enables the performance of this procedure in real time and with an exceptional accuracy and minimal vibrations.
At the same time the controller can control also the input/output units, and enables the communication through Ethernet and Fieldbus, which supports most of the protocols used in industry nowadays.
Programmable device together with INFORM II programme language is designed to shorten the time needed for production of programmes for the user as much as possible.
