The most recent acquisition to our production activity is laser cutting of sheet metal, where the technology of laser cutting allows unlimited width of materials (Fe, Rf, Al), as well as various thicknesses (up to 20 mm) with the accuracy up to 0.1 mm.
And most importantly, the technology enables a quick, simply and low-cost solution for your ordered product. Service is performed in a quality manner, you forward us your scheme in DXF format on our e-mail address, we prepare the offer for the ordered product, followed by a programme for laser cutting.
Advantages of laser cutting
Laser cutting represents much more than just a compensation for conventional procedures, such as sawing, drilling and also punching.
Laser cutting of sheet metal substantially lowers the production costs, as it eliminates the unnecessary intermediate storage between individual stages and also makes the additional works, such as “deburring” and cleaning of products redundant. By choosing the appropriate procedure of laser cutting, you can also reduce the number of components used.
The main advantage of this procedure is that it allows manufacture of pin and break joints and positional fittings. These constructions substantially simplify the production steps and consequently reduce the volume of installation, as welding can become redundant.
